We scheduled the Bot from Cloud server and even after one day the Bot has not run. Can we know why such issue is happening. I personally checked the status of agent connectivity and found that connected. Two times i rescheduled the JOB but nothing happened. Still the Bot Job Status is "NEW".
Please guide us why such problem occurs.

When a job is created and set as New, it means that the schedule was triggered but the assigned Agent is not available to pick up the job. Once the Agent is available, the job will be set to Assigned and then to In Progress. If using the Cloud Server, you'll need to ensure that minutes are available to execute the job.
We can take a look at your Agent connection to ensure it is properly setup. I will contact you internally.
