Job didn't run, waiting for very long time in cloud server.

Hi Openbots,

Need your help to understand why the Group execution Job schedule is taking very long time. I have scheduled the JOB in morning and still in the evening the JOB didn't run. Can you tell will the Job be in Queue and execute on that day.

Cause I followed every steps correctly in scheduling the JOB and I clicked the run now button also but then too the Bot didnt work as expected.

Hi Dinesh,

The Agent Group option will create a job corresponding to the number of agents within the group. Then, the first available agents within the group will execute the job as needed. For example, if only one Agent is available at the time, then the same agent will pick up the job multiple times.

Using the RUN NOW button, should trigger the job right away, using the current user's credentials. Could you please provide more information regarding the type of schedule set and the Agent statutes? also, if the process didn't run as expected in RUN NOW mode, what was the unexpected behavior encountered?
