Hi all

  1. When I go to my cloud server , I can see a service alert as "your account is blocked " .how do iI fix it?

2.For connecting the agent where do I find the Provision Key?

3.how do I get the canvas for template creations in Documents? is it from Cloud server ?

Is there any video link or documentation on invoice processing using Documents ? I am finding it difficult to follow the documentation you have provided.

What I am trying to do is ,

  1. upload the invoices a. Submit document command, not working. b. How do I connect the Bot with the Documents? Where do I enter the API key , how do i get the API key

  2. using documents extract the information needed a. Not able to create the template for invoices , specify the fields to be extracted etc

  3. Save the extracted value in an excel.

Hi RAJMAS001,

Thankyou for sharing your query. To work with open bots documents - In studio - Go to package manager and install the Open Bots Documents commands. Once they are installed.

  1. You can use the Submit Document command to upload the documents to open bots documents portal. Once the documents are added.
  2. Then you can use Get Document status command to see if the information is extracted.
  3. Save document Results command to save the data that is extracted in the desired location.

Hi Thank you. Server issue resolved . I have queue created in the server , trying to access it Documents-> create task the queue is not available when I check, the queue name field is a required field and I am unable to proceed.

Hi RAJMAS001,

  1. The account block issue can occur when the subscription has been completed, please renew your subscription and it will get unblocked.

  2. The provision key is optional for cloud server, in case you want to know where you can get the provision key. It will be available when you create agent group. Go to OpenBots CloudServer-Agents-All Agent Groups- view details of agent group their is provision key.

  3. To find the canvas for template creations in documents, you need to register to the open documents. Please find link here -https://documents.openbots.io/ More videos related to open bots documents are here - https://academy.openbots.ai/courses/openbots-documents/
