The excel file we load is in our local . If we want to run it on some server can we keep the file in the openbots studio project

Yes, you can keep files on your local project folder and refence them using the ProjectPath variable. This variable will generate the path to the current project's root folder at runtime. Meaning, that even if the process runs through server, the bot will be able to generate the path dynamically and reference it.
