Wondering if there is a way to handle sqlite db without setting up any configuration on the agent machine?
If not, could I request this as a feature request? I think it would help with some lightweight queues on the agent machine.

Actually, SQLite was implemented on the early stages of OpenBots. However, there were a few technical limitations that led to us choosing SQL Express. As you mention, SQLite integration could be beneficial when working with lightweight queues. I'll definitely take your request to the development team, so further research can be conducted.
