Launching Openbots Agent Fails

Good Afternoon.

I'm trying to open Openbots Agent v1.4.0 in order to configure a Server Connection, but it doesn't work.

When I try running the agent from a Windows Server 2019 I got the error message "The exception unknown software exception (0x0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x0000000075E52802".

When I try running the agent as and administrator from a Windows Server 2019 I don't get any message but the agent doesn't open.

When I try to run the agent from a Windows 10, I don't get any message but the agent doesn't run.

�What could I do?

Hello Ivan,

I'm sorry to hear you are facing this issue. We have made some updates to Agent and Server based on feedback received from the community. Please, let me know if you face similar issues when installing OpenBots Server and Agent v1.5.1.
