I need to access a website that has captcha, are there any way that the bot can detect the captcha and write on the correct field?

Hi melissa.fortes,

Thanks for submitting your query. There are different ways users can handle captcha during an automation, however, most of them require a human in the loop structure. Depending on the use case, the bot can handoff the captcha portion to a designated business owner. For example, the bot navigates to the site, takes a screenshot of the captcha image, sends it through email to the business owner, the business owner replies with captcha values, and finally the bot extracts the values from email to validate the captcha.

It is in our product pipeline to include a new feature in Business Center to exclusively handle the Captcha handoff, which will request the captcha value from user through a command connected to Business Center.

The other option, if the usecase needs to avoid human in the loop, would be to leverage an external api that handles captcha validation and resolution. The bot can connect to these apis through the api commands, and receive the captcha value as output.

Hope this helps!
