I'm sorry if I missed this somewhere in the documentation but is there API access for the server functionality? Could someone point me to any docs available?

The error indicates that there is an incorrect setting/configuration when trying to make the Agent connection. We will need to take a closer look at your environment, we'll contact you internally.

August 01,2021 at 3:50 PM An error occured while connecting to Bots Agent and the server , Exception when calling AuthApi.RefreshToken:Status Code: Unauthorized - Error Message. Am i missing any steps in installation? I have given full access to IIS_USRS also as mentioned and followed the instructions. Please advise.
